The admin team are not full time so please be patient. However, we will respond as soon as possible. We cannot hold dates for anyone and it is a case of first come first served.
For behaviour or training bookings; please email with best possible times and dates to suit and a brief description of the problems or training required. We will send out an initial consult form prior to your consultation date.
Please note we currently have a large waiting list for appointments so please book as soon as possible to avoid further delays.
If you know you will need more than one appointment, it is best to book multiple appointments a few weeks apart to avoid further waiting time between appointments. If any cancellations arise you will be notified. Waiting lists for weekends and evenings are longer. Weekday appointments have the earliest availability.
Non-refundable booking fees will be required to book and secure an appointment.
